I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I have been practicing since 2012, maintaining multiple licenses to be a completely independent practioner before relocating to Colorado. I was initially drawn to massage therapy out of an interest in holistic or whole body medicine and wanting to have my work align with my values. I believe that therapeutic touch is a way to be brought back to your innate sense of self, the sensory awareness and connection to your own body that you might have learned to mute as an adult. I believe that you are looking for more meaning and cohesion in an increasingly unfocused, intangible world and that this starts with feeling the quiet certainty of your own self. Mental is physical.
